Refund Policy
Ralevio offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. Ralevio is the merchant for every transaction; payments are routed through WayForPay, our payment provider.

1. 14-day refund window
We offer a full refund on any subscription or SMS top-up pack if you request it within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
2. How to request a refund
Workspace admins can initiate a refund directly from the admin billing page on any eligible transaction.
3. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The payment provider typically settles refunds within 5–10 business days after approval; the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

We offer a full refund on any subscription or SMS top-up pack if you request it within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
There are no carve-outs for usage, partial periods, or specific product types. Request a refund within the window and we will process it in full to your original payment method.
2. How to request a refund
Workspace admins can initiate a refund directly from the admin billing page on any eligible transaction.
You can also email us through the /contact page with the workspace, charge date, and amount, and we will handle the request on your behalf.
3. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The payment provider typically settles refunds within 5–10 business days after approval; the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
4. Subscription cancellation and transaction reversal
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Cancellation on its own does not trigger a refund, but you can request one for the current period if you are still inside the 14-day window (see section 1).
A single transaction can be reversed in full (full refund) or in part (partial refund) — depending on the request and on whether the service was used. Reversal requests follow the same procedure as a refund (see section 2).
5. Payment processing
WayForPay processes card transactions on Ralevio's behalf and is not the merchant of record. All refund decisions, billing questions, and chargeback workflows are handled by Ralevio.
