What this document covers
These Terms govern access to Ralevio and describe the service, account, billing, and data-governance responsibilities that apply to workspace operators and end users.
1. Scope
Ralevio provides booking and operational software for service businesses and their teams.
By using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the current privacy/support routing available at /contact.
2. Accounts and Roles
You are responsible for account credentials, access management, and lawful use of the platform.
Workspace owners and admins control membership, access scopes, and operational instructions inside their own workspace.
3. Customer Data Governance
Workspace owners and admins act as controllers for the customer records they place into Ralevio and must provide lawful notices and instructions to their customers.
Ralevio acts as processor for workspace customer operational data and as controller for its own marketing, authentication, billing, support, security, and product analytics data.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Spam, fraud, abusive automation, and unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
5. Service Changes and Incidents
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features to maintain security and product quality.
We may apply temporary limitations during incidents, maintenance, abuse mitigation, or legal review.
6. Billing and Commercial Terms
Paid plans, add-ons, and support options are subject to the commercial terms published or agreed at the time of purchase.
Taxes, refunds, and invoicing rules depend on your contract and applicable law.
6a. Payment methods
Visa and Mastercard cards (Visa Electron, Maestro included), Apple Pay on supported Apple devices, and Google Pay on supported Android devices are accepted.
All card transactions are processed by the WayForPay payment service. Charges are made in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH). Both domestic and foreign-issued cards are supported.
Card details are never sent to or stored on Ralevio's servers. Card information is entered in a PCI DSS-certified payment-service environment.
Full company and payment-method details are published at /legal-info.
6b. Service delivery terms
Ralevio is a digital subscription service. Access to the selected plan is granted automatically immediately after a successful payment confirmation from the payment service.
Typical activation time is up to 5 minutes from transaction confirmation. The subscription remains active throughout the paid period (1 month or 12 months depending on the plan).
The service is digital and does not require physical shipment. Physical-delivery terms do not apply.
If activation has not occurred within 1 hour after a successful payment, contact support@ralevio.com.
7. Data Handling on Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations, abuse, non-payment, or legal requirements.
After suspension or termination, data handling follows the Privacy Policy, contractual obligations, and applicable retention requirements. Supported erasure or anonymisation flows may still remain available for specific record categories.
8. Warranty and Liability
The service is provided on an 'as available' basis to the extent allowed by law.
Our liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid for the service period tied to the claim, except where law prohibits limitation.
9. Updates and Contact Path
These Terms may be updated. Material updates are reflected on this page with a revised date.
Questions about Terms, subprocessors, or privacy routing should start at /contact. Authenticated users can also use the in-app feedback form when workspace context is required.
